These have been some of the natural shifts I have intuitively made - moving into the summer vibe. This expansive hot energy needs balance because this not only effects us now- but will help us manage how the fall and winter seasons come into play.
We are always moving, evolving and alchemizing our energy. This is the Ayurvedic Mindset - to approach the entire year in relationship with each season, our age, what's emotionally or physically happening to us in order to prepare, heal and act accordingly for 3 main reasons:
1 - to live longer - better
2 - to connect with God/Source
3- to share this love and knowledge
