Walk through various stations in the Courtyard to confirm all info has been submitted. These do NOT need to be completed in order!
Station #1 -- Check-In
- Have all student forms been completed?

Every student receives one 2022/23 "Know Him" shirt. Please click HERE to complete your order form with your child's name and size. EVERY STUDENT MUST COMPLETE AN ORDER FORM. You may also order additional Friday shirts, Identity shirts (worn Tuesdays with uniform bottoms), and CCS sweatshirts.
- K/1st grade students - Has your required School Entry Physical Form been submitted?
- 7th grade students - Have you submitted proof of your required TDap and Varicella immunizations?
Station #2 -- Medication
Please bring any medication that needs to be administered during the school day in the original container and THIS FORM completed by your child's doctor.
Station #3 -- Parent Volunteer Forms
Any parent who wishes to volunteer, must complete the forms listed below. Please download, print, and complete these forms prior to coming.
Station #4 -- Athletics (4th-8th grade only)
-Purchase PE Clothes (5th-8th grade only)
-Purchase a blue CCS Athletics T-shirt which can be worn on Tuesdays with uniform bottoms! (optional)
-Order CCS Athletics sweatshirt (optional)
-Submit Athletics Medical Waiver (for students trying out for after school sports)
Uniform Exchange | 8a-12p | North Courtyard
Purchase gently used school uniforms for low prices ($3-$10). All monies raised go towards the CCS Scholarship Fund.
Click on the picture above to download the Uniform Standards. Please read through this carefully and thoroughly as you begin purchasing clothes for the school year. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask Mrs. Boyce!
- A special note for GIRLS: Jeggings of any type (including school uniform style clothing) are not permitted
- A special note for BOYS: While the summer is a fun time to let your hair grow out, please make sure it is within uniform standards for the first day of school!
Pancake Breakfast | 8:30-10a | Fellowship Hall
Enjoy a FREE pancake breakfast, reunite with other CCS families, meet new families and greet the teachers. Thank you to our amazing PTF for hosting the breakfast!

1st grade - 5th grade classrooms will be open and teachers will be present to meet you! Click HERE to view the 2022/23 Class Lists!
Bring your school supplies and leave in the classroom! Click on the picture above for the school supply list. Please note: the list of supplies each child will bring is VERY short. We will bill $40 to your FACTS account (due Sept. 1st) for the majority of the needed supplies.
Kindergarten Orientation | 9-9:45a | Samsvick Chapel
Meet your child's teacher, hear important information about Kindergarten, and instructions for the first day of school. You may visit the classroom when orientation concludes.
Middle School Orientation | 9:30-10a | Student Underground
Meet the Middle School Team! Students will receive their class schedules. You may visit the classrooms when orientation concludes.
