Thanks to everyone who visited us this past weekend at PowerCon 2022, it was a blast meeting many of you. It's amazing to see a community changing and growing. After a couple of years of solitude it's great to feel normal again and connect with others.

People don't normally mix playtime with politics, but Figures Toy Company's Presidential Series has been a big hit for collectors who want to add some historical faces to their toy shelf. FTC has once again gone through the history of the White House and pulled another one of America's leaders for insertion in the Presidential toy line, and it's none other than Thomas Jefferson!

Just like previous President figures, FTC's Thomas Jefferson will be made in two different styles (one based on a look from 1800, the other based on a look from 1819). The addition of Jefferson marks the further expansion of the series, which Figures Toy Company has said that they plan on including every President who ever served their country in it!

Thomas Jefferson's retro figures will begin shipping next month, along with other new items that are slated to be added to FTC's inventory as part of their September delivery! Toy-Ventures goes to PowerCon 2022

On this week's episode of Toy-Ventures, we head down to Columbus, Ohio, to attend Power-Con 2022, a Toy convention that celebrates the toy industry. Come check out the fantastic vintage goodies I saw at this incredible event and what I picked up.

TURA SATANA UPDATE!

Today we're sharing the first look at not only the hard copy prototype of the head sculpt, soon to be brought to life via our painter, but also an early look at the packaging artwork done by the fabulous Joseph Michael Linsner (Dawn).

The Tura Satana action figure is being co-produced by White Elephant Toyz and PlaidStallions under license from Tura Satana Inc. and will be available in late 2022. This 8" retro cloth figure will be a limited edition and come in an exclusive solid box.
