By the grace of God, we at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church are filled with the Holy Spirit and respond to God's love by sharing the Good News with our friends and neighbors. We go into our community and world to make a difference in the name of Jesus.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

We hope that you are enjoying and surviving this summer’s weather and it hasn’t been too hot for you. We’re approaching fall and looking forward to the great harvest with events and ideas to bring us back together, like the old days before the pandemic. Hard to believe what we’ve been through the past few years.

We started this summer with a great salmon barbecue and a successful fundraiser for CAST. Our property and management committee has been hard at work this summer, pruning trees, putting up a new sign on Harris, and keeping our building in tiptop shape. The summer community garden has been a huge success and we appreciate all the hard work put in by many volunteers. We also appreciate all the new folks stepping forward to assist in worship services. A sign-up sheet is located on the table in the Narthex if you're interested in helping out.

We will continue to enjoy the great summer and look forward to gearing up for this fall’s campaign to bring us all back to worshiping and praising our loving God, sharing the good news, sharing communion, and renewing and making new friendships. We strive to be God’s hand in our community and look forward to seeing you in church. Invite a friend!

COVID Response Information

We no longer require indoor mask use; however we encourage and support it, especially for those who are in a high risk category. We provide masks and hand-sanitizer in the narthex, and will continue to offer our live YouTube stream for the safest option.

For communion, we offer intinction in a larger chalice. For those who are not comfortable with intinction at this time, we will have individual sealed communion kits for you on a tray that you can take back to your seat.

Reminder: If you are having symptoms, or if you have contracted COVID-19, please stay home, take care of yourself, and notify the office.
