The Labour Day cusp is upon us, folks. It's the ledge of the year where we teeter between these last sultry days of summer and the crisp air of the school year. We're planning to fully enjoy the high temperatures this long weekend, sharpening our pencils and readying our recording devices for the regular programming season.

I Have Some Notes has a special live episode coming up on Sep. 16. They'll be discussing the the film Morbius with guest Abdul Malik, screenwriter of Peace by Chocolate. Be sure to tune in with your own notes!
After a grand tenure as one of APN's longest-running shows, Healthy Lifestyle Design will be hanging up their mics this month. Thanks to Pamella and Janet for all their healthy wisdom over the years, and best wishes for your next endeavours.
Applications are open for the Canadian Online Publishing Awards, which includes a number of categories for Canadian-made podcasts. The entry deadline is Sept. 30.
September's Podcast Brunch Club topic is Healing (don't we all need some?). If you're in Calgary be sure to sign up for local chapter updates from Kyle Marshall, PBC host with the most (also of Putting it Together and Kyle and Dave vs The Machine).

The CIFF Podcast Studio is back for 2022, and they're looking for podcasters to record episodes on-site at the Calgary International Film Festival's Industry Week from Sept. 23 to 25. If you are keen to participate be sure to apply by Sept. 8!
