Next Level Performance

Epoch friends, advisors, and investors,

As we continue to fine-tune our hydrofoil system and hull design, we are ready to share some recent test results with you!

Here's a recap of what our team has been up to this past month, and what to expect next from Epoch Boats.

AUGUST UPDATE

Prototype Testing Results

We recently completed competitive testing of Epoch's hull performance and have some exciting initial results to share!

Epoch's hydrodynamic hull design was tested against 2 competitor boat styles. All 3 boats were 14 foot aluminum hulls without foils using a 10 hp equivalent motor and one passenger on board.

TEST RESULTS:
- Competitor boat 1 max speed = 8 mph
- Competitor boat 2 max speed = 14 mph
- Epoch test boat max speed = 25 mph

Epoch test boat performance:
- Quick acceleration
- Smooth level ride with no porpoising
- Highly responsive and real fun

Next up: We'll share results from the Epoch prototype with foils!

Epoch's Electrification of Boating

At Epoch, we believe today's boaters want a clean, quiet, virtually maintenance-free electric boating experience without compromising speed or performance.

That's why we're bringing a series of battery electric boats to market that hit the sweet spot of electric, high performance and affordability.

Our entry-level small boats are ideally suited for inland lakes and waterways as fishing skiffs, yacht tenders or runabouts.

With boats ranging from 14-18 feet and a price point starting at $35K, Epoch is building boats that 95% of U.S. boat buyers want and can afford.
TRANSLATION: We plan to sell a LOT of boats!

What’s Next:

More on-water prototype testing! Keep an eye on social media for test updates, including video demos. We expect to show MUCH more in the month ahead!
Boat Features & Options: We're continuing to evaluate standard features and available options, along with preferred suppliers. Final specifications will also be based on boater feedback and preferences.
