Last DLIA Sale of the Season – Saturday, September 3rd
Time to get that T-shirt you’ve admired all summer.  Get DLIA’s own publication, “The Loons of Maple Bay,” for the loon-atics in your family.  2024 is coming soon – start the new year with wonderful photos of Douglas Lake.  See what you’re missing in those months you’re not at the Lake. It’s Labor Day week-end and Merchandise Manager Kelly Davis and her sales team are hosting the last sale of the summer season.
Hours are 10AM-Noon Saturday morning at the DLIA locker at Pellston Lockers just off Douglas Lake Rd, behind the Pellston Lodge.  See you there!
We Note a Passing
Ferris Todd, 64, passed away last Friday evening, August 26th, in the company of her four children, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Among her fondest memories are summer months spent in her family’s cottage on Douglas Lake.  No one loved a good read more than Ferris. We honor her memory with piles of books. A more detailed obituary will be included in the next DLIA Newsletter.

[If you learn of a DLIA member who passes, please drop a note to info@douglaslake.org so information can be shared in a timely manner with our Douglas Lake community.]
