On July 23^rd, WildChina premiered NOWHERE, a new brand founded by the company’s creative team aiming to embody a human-to-nature connection in the form of an immersive pop-up experience. 

The pop-up launched in Beijing in a secret location on the outskirts of the city. The 50-minute drive from the city center brought participants to a lush forest blanketed in caressing grass, where ambient sounds of songbirds and cicadas filled the air. The evening was broken down into five “acts” designed to evoke each of the human senses through nature: Forest of Mirrors (sight), Midsummer Symphony (sound), Forest-themed Banquet (taste and smell) and The Spirit of All Things (touch). 

WildChina Education has partnered with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).

Why is this excellent news? Because it means that students participating on our programs can now apply for program completion certificates from UNITAR. This certificate from UNITAR indicates their commitment to sustainable development and is awarded upon completing one of our WildChina Education sustainability programs and writing a reflective essay that includes a commitment to future actions to further the UNSDGs.
