Power Agency members, remember that you can use Public Power Promotional Program (P4) funds to order Public Power Week-branded merchandise for your customers and employees.

Lexington Utilities Shares Benefits of Texting

Before Lexington Utilities started texting outage information to its customers, calls from customers during major outages would overwhelm the utility’s phone system, leaving customers and customer service reps frustrated.
