Golden Alexander/Zizia Aurea. Prolific yellow flowers in spring followed by burgundy seed heads in summer. Great for filling an area. Adaptable and easy to grow. Tolerates heavy clay soils in semi-shade to full sun. As long is there is moisture in the spring, it's happy! Host plant for swallowtail butterfly.
