Each year new Board Members are voted in at our AGM - which is coming up in a few weeks so now is your time!
Kickstart’s Board is comprised of dedicated, creative people with various skillsets. We are open to candidates of all abilities, our mandate states that 50% of our board must identify as living with a disability, so preference is given to those individuals. Skills that we consider to be an asset for our team include, but are not limited to:
- Fundraising
- Financial Management
- Capacity Building
- Marketing
- Digital Literacy & Technological Expertise
Kickstart is based in Vancouver but welcomes board members from across North America!
If you or someone you know are interested in being part of our organization as a board member, please send your resume or CV and a cover letter with an introduction and tell us why you would like to join our board.
