Quality of Life Remains High According to 2022 Resident Survey Results

The results of the 2022 Resident Survey are now available for review. The survey has been conducted every two years since 2012 and serves as an important source of context for decision making by the city. It brings the voice of people from across the community to city staff and officials. Hundreds of residents completed the survey by mail or online this summer.

2022 Business Survey Now Open
|
|
|
 Littleton businesses are invited to complete the 2022 Business Survey to help the City of Littleton better understand what services are most important to businesses. The surveys have been held every two years since 2012, and results are used to better align city services and programs with the needs of local business.
Business owners or managers are invited to complete the survey, which will stay open through Monday, September 26.

Residents, Council Celebrate Berry Park Updates

Littleton City Council joined members of the South Suburban Parks and Recreation Board to celebrate more than $900,000 in upgrades to Berry Park on August 24. Residents checked out the park’s new playground with greater accessibility during the summer’s final Meet Greet & Eat event.

Household HazMat Roundup Returns in September

 Looking to get rid of hazardous waste materials like used motor oil, lawn and garden chemicals, or electronic devices? The next Household HazMat Roundup & Electronics Recycling Event is coming up!
When:
Saturday, September 10, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Saturday, September 17, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where:
Englewood Service Center, 2800 South Platte River Drive in Englewood (on the east side of the South Platte River).
Materials recycling is available to residents of the City of Littleton, Englewood, Sheridan, and Columbine Valley only. Equipment/office recycling is available to both residents and businesses. Proof of residency is required.

Residents Invited to District 3 Meeting

Residents are invited to a community roundtable with Littleton City Council Member Stephen Barr, who represents District 3, the city’s southeast quadrant.

August is National Immunization Awareness Month (NIAM). This annual observance highlights the importance of getting recommended vaccines throughout life. The COVID-19 pandemic impacted all aspects of life, including the ability to attend important appointments and receive routine vaccinations. Talk with a doctor, nurse, or healthcare provider to ensure staying protected against serious diseases by getting caught up on routine vaccinations.
As children are back in school this fall, it’s particularly important to work with a child’s doctor or nurse to make sure they get caught up on missed well-child visits and recommended vaccines.
August is also a critical time to stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines.
