Join us from 10am to 4pm on Sunday 18th September 2022 for the Greater Sydney Landcare Day & AGM at the Australian Botanic Garden, Mt Annan (Narellan Road, Mount Annan, NSW, 2567).

Morning tea and lunch are provided for all registered attendees.

RSVPs are essential to help us with catering. Please email us or cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend.

Keynote speaker:

Saul Deane - Urban Sustainability Campaigner - Total Environment Centre, will be talking about saving Sydney’s koalas.

Guest speakers:

Sue Martin - Cattai Hills Environment Network - will be talking about Citizen Science and getting involved in caring for our local places.

Lisa Gibson - Chair of Wildseed Landcare Network - will be talking about Landcare Led Bushfire Recovery: a local community effort to boost wildlife habitat.

Clare Raffan - Chair of Cooks River Alliance - will be talking about the challenges facing the Cooks River.

Turlough Guerin – CEO of Landcare NSW - will provide an update from Landcare NSW.

After the presentations and AGM, there will be a guided Australian PlantBank Tour at 3pm with an introduction to the National Herbarium of NSW.

Please bring appropriate shoes and a hat and sunscreen for the guided walk. If you can, please also bring your own drink bottle / coffee cup.

Parking: After coming off Narellan Rd, drive down Cunningham Dr to P2 Plant Bank where parking is provided.
