As we age, I have noticed the difficulties in creating new friendships. But what I am finding is too often we neglect to spend time with each other. The busyness of our lives take over and we feel as if we don’t have the time or opportunity to do coffee dates.

Busyness can lead to loneliness.

Despite our feelings, hesitations, or busy schedules, scripture makes it clear that fellowship is a calling on the Christian life.

Hebrews 10:24-25 says, “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another…”
