This past week we had Grade Level assemblies to discuss soft skills and the CRAZY expectations that we set forth here at West Lake STEM. We would appreciate your support in reinforcing these characteristics with your students at home. Thank you families!

Bus Routes (Updated 8/29/22)

PBIS Rewards App Introduction
Our school will be using the PBIS Rewards app this year. We ask that you download it in order to help us track your students' positive behavior progress; this is one of the many ways we hope to communicate with families.

Bus Routes

Parents and students can now track their Granite School District bus on the Here Comes the Bus app, available on The App Store and Google Play.

Girls and Boys Soccer practice has begun! The information session was held on 8/29. However, it's not too late to join. Mr. Woolf will be coaching Boys Soccer and Mr. Marsing will be coaching Girls Soccer.

Practice will be held after school and students will be able to take the 4:30 late bus. The first boys game will be at home at West Lake on 9/28. The first girls game will be away at Kearns on 9/28. all games start no later than 3:15pm.

West Lake STEM's (Co-Ed) Cross Country practices will be 3:00pm - 4:00pm Monday through Thursdays. Meet in Coach Cuomo's room 123 at 3:00.

The first Cross Country Meet is cancelled for our school due to the heat today. The next meet will be on 9/7 at Hunter Jr. High. The meet starts around 3:00pm.

STEM Team starts next week! It will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after school in room 131. First semester we will be working on STEM Fair projects, and 2^nd semester we will be working on an additional student project of their choice. Everyone is encouraged to join. Have your student see Mrs. D. Smith or Mr. Ryan for more information.

Transportation will be provided for students actively participating.
