We are delighted to announce that the phase 3 of the MediLabSecure project has been signed on August 17th with the European Commission for 18 months.
The project will capitalize on the network to further reinforce the multisectoral collaboration at national level to enable an effective coordination between all national sectors involved in prevention and preparedness activities.

ANIMAL VIROLOGY
After two specific workshops targeting the diagnosis of CCHFV, a further step of this training curriculum is the organization of an external quality assessment (EQA) to evaluate the acquired capacities of each laboratory to detect CCHFV in animal samples, using molecular methods. Therefore, in the coming months, CISA-INIA will start the shipment of the CCHFV EQA material to the participating laboratories.

Next webinar, organised by the COS-PN (Scientific Steering Committee of Pasteur Network), will be held on September 26th from 11AM - 12PM (CET), on ticks and tick-borne diseases.
Each session will consist of a 40 minute presentation followed by 20 minutes of discussion.
