Dear friends,
This Sunday is the 23rd in Ordinary Time. In the Gospel reading Jesus tells his followers,
Anyone who does not carry his cross and come after me cannot be my disciple. These are stern words, and we all know that the Christian life is not always easy, but in Jesus we have someone who never leaves us.
