The workshop will cover Receptive Communication (how and what you hear) and Productive Communication (what you say and where). It will aim to transform your understanding of communication and shift your perspective as a leader and educator.
The workshop will help you understand the meaning, context, and impact of language in a community, and how common leadership vernacular can sometimes be more harmful than helpful in certain situations. You’ll develop the ability to tell the differences between various types of conversations, reflect on how you communicate with others in various contexts, and improve your understanding of conflict resolution and reducing social friction.
