A newsletter from the Kendall Square Association
We have a lot of work to do to realize our potential as a truly diverse and inclusive community. With Inclusion Drives Innovation, Kendall is committed to making progress. This fall, we've partnered with Brave the Cycle to continue our learning journey — and we can't wait for you to meet them!

Also in this issue: the public spaces you might have missed, [Re] Imagining a More Sustainable Future, what we're learning from MBTA shutdowns, and MIT students are back.
 The Big Story

Meet Brave the Cycle

What are the biggest DEI challenges currently facing companies? How has DEI work changed in the past two years? KSA's new Inclusion Drives Innovation facilitators, Brave the Cycle, answer these questions and more ahead of this fall's program.

Join our alumni of 350+ colleagues, in Kendall and far beyond, in leading on equity-centered action planning to build anti-racist organizations. The Inclusion Drives Innovation experience is collaborative, with networking spaces that promote learning and the sharing of experiences across job functions and sectors — organizations that send teams create the greatest impact.

Hidden (Public) Spaces

To ensure equitable access for all Cambridge residents and visitors, the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority (CRA) has rolled out a new campaign, "Open to All" to make Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS) more visible. Be on the lookout for decals around Kendall that designate these special green spaces. View the full list of our spaces here

“I can’t help but express how important each one of you will be to our future. Our world is being challenged in fundamental ways: our climate, democracies, economic injustices, our understanding of others, all urgently need attention, energy, and fresh thinking.”
