Friday, September 9, 2022 from 6PM to 7:15PM, Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher Cathy Johnson will be leading a gentle 75-minute all-levels yoga with meditation at the beautiful Armstrong Redwood Forest Theater!   Click here for more information or to register.
Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 6PM to 7:30PM.  Looking for a shady, dog-friendly, foxtail-free, educational and social event under the redwoods of Sonoma County? We got you. You and your canine are invited to join a docent-led walk through the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve in Guerneville!  Click here for more information and to register.

Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 6PM to 7PM.  Join Jamie Bartlett,  and learn to relax and heal in the aroma of the Redwood Forest with a (all levels) gentle yoga class. A practice composed of restorative and mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. Friday, September 24, 2022 from 4:30PM to 7PM.  Let’s get outside for gentle hiking and yoga in Armstrong Redwoods! We will meet at the visitor center parking lot and go from there. During the hike we will do a walking meditation, and stop for a guided meditation in the shade.  Cathy Johnson is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has completed 500-hour training with Yoga Alliance.  Click here for more information and to register.
Sunday, September 25, 2022 from 9:30AM to 11:30AM, take a docent-led tour of Pond Farm Pottery and learn about the history of this significant cultural site that is on the National Register of Historic Places and a National Historic Landmark. Pond Farm was Marguerite’s home, school and studio for over 30 years, and she taught hundreds of her students in the traditions of the Bauhaus.  Click here for more information and to register.
