St. Luke member Sally Trigg, (Executive Director of RENESAN Institute of Lifelong Learning) will lead the 45 minute presentation followed by 15 min. of discussion with Pastor Christa. Our purpose is to get to know this vibrantly weird American author (who was also a fervent Christian), to discuss major themes of the Christian life (such as What does it mean to be good? What is grace? How is God revealed? How is a human life, or a moment of life, redeemed?) and to get to know each other and have some fun.

LIFTING ONE ANOTHER UP THROUGH PRAYER
We have been praying for former St Luke Preschool teacher Judy Near on the death of her husband Lucky.
Judy is sharing the following information with St Luke church:.
Lucky’s Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, September 3^rd at 9:00 am at French’s Mortuary on Lomas (just east of Eubank).
Flowers are being sent for the service, with love from Judy’s St. Luke Family.
