Community Science Day
Sept. 10th | 11:00am - 1:00pm
Learn about the concept of community science and some of the projects you can do in your neighborhood with the Audubon Community Nature Center at this free, all-ages event. Attendees will also learn how to participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count! This program is part of our Murray L. Bob Community Education Initiative.

Blackout Meditation
Sept 13th | 5:00-7:00pm
Pearl City Clay House program director and resident teaching artist Deb Eck will be at the library for a free Blackout Meditation workshop. Registration is required. Register at the library’s Information Desk or call 716-484-7135, ext. 226.

Meet the characters that lurk in the library at this haunting tour for all ages.
Tickets for tour slots will be available at the library's front desk on September 19th.
All tickets are $1.00 per person.

SNAP-Ed NY
September 14 & 28 10:00-12:00

Staff from Cornell Cooperative Extension's SNAP-Ed NY education program will resume their nutrition classes in September. The program helps people shop for and cook healthy meals on a limited budget. CCE staff bring recipes and samples for participants to try.
