Football Parking Heads Up
Saturday Sep 10, Kick-off 1PM
  • We highly encourage carpooling, being dropped off, or public transportation on football game days.
  • Taxis and ride shares: Please note that Piedmont Ave at the stadium will be closed 2.5 hours before kick-off through the duration of the game. Therefore, you will need to walk to Hearst Ave. or Bancroft Way to be picked up.
Parking
  • Many campus lots are reserved for season ticket holders on football Saturdays, including all the usual lots, Berkeley Law, Underhill, Foothill, etc.
  • Special Events Parking has allotted EWMBA students the University Extension Lot. We are continuing to work on specifics and will send updates in upcoming BNs.
  • There is an extremely limited number of spaces so we highly encourage carpooling if you absolutely need to drive.
  • There is no shuttle service from campus shuttles or the Program Office.
  • It is a 1.2 mile walk from the lot to Haas.
  • A reminder that daily scratch offs are not valid at the Unex Lot.
Road Closures and Traffic Advisories
  • Piedmont Ave will likely close around 10 or 11AM through the duration of the game.
  • If you do not have an afternoon class, please keep this in mind if you are thinking of taking a rideshare back to the Extension Lot.
  • If the game is over after 5PM, please expect foot traffic along Bancroft Ave. Thank you for your patience on football game days!
