 This newsletter is a continuation of introducing you to reasons why we  continue to experience many health challenges and we wonder why we have not healed??

Buying conventional food with all the CHEMICALS ARE 
causing mental physical and emotional issues., even spiritual
challenges.

We have to stop running  from the messy, complex reality
that what is good for the land is good for us too.
How the farmers farm shapes what we become.
Will it be fatigue, diseases, such as cancer, heart, prostate, arthrs, diabetes, mental and emotional challenges, or,
can we heal by  supporting  local organic farmers markets, who are thriving and supplying our food today....
A philosophy of cultivating  and caring for life  is the foundation   for a soil ethic.

Soil not only feeds us today, but. will feed our children and grandchildren ...and this calls for
 some reverence for the planet, the land the soil and for  caring for the Temple given to us  so we can have a purposeful
meaning life, without  serious health concerrns..

Gettmg older is a blessings, as we become wiser and progressive, but
not if we are crippled, and suffering.

Here are some tips in staying young,

Eat organic, grown on balanced organic soil,

The gut Microbiome is feeding our brain, our health, and it comes from WHOLE  foods, not from chemicals in our foods that destroy., causing  much suffering.

Worried about getting older, and wrinkled, use

as it  is connected to the vagus nerve and  increases oxygen to the whole body and brain
Inhale for 5 seconds,  hold the breath for 4 sec and  out in 6 seconds,

Your Health is Your Wealth, take care of it with balanced
