Please note that there will not be a service in our building next Sunday, August 28, but we invite you to worship with us in our lakeside service at Camp McCullough. Service at 10:30am followed by a free BBQ lunch. We'll be recording the service and we'll do our best to set up a livestream from Camp. Women’s Bible Study is gearing up for another great series starting in the fall. We’ll have an in-person option (Tuesday mornings) and one on Zoom (Tuesday evenings). The 14- week series, Encountering God, will focus on practicing spiritual disciplines for a more vibrant spiritual life and to know God more intimately. Miss your kids or grandkids? MOPS needs YOU! We are going to have to start a waitlist for our ministry if we do not get more childcare volunteers. Our needs range from rocking babies to corralling toddlers to assisting with crafts.
We're looking for people to volunteer once or twice a month on Thursday mornings from 9am-11:30am.
Kids’ Church (10:30am) is taking a break in August. Preschool & Nursery Kids' Church will resume on September 4th. Elementary Kids' Church for 1st-5th graders will return September 11th. Our 9:15am Preschool-5th grade Kids' Club (Sunday School) will kick off on September 18th.
First Presbyterian Preschool is hiring! We are in need of teaching assistants. If you or anyone you know is skilled at sharing Jesus' love to little kids, please send them our info! Missions: Karen Mahon, serving with Navigators in Arizona. She is able to set up several zoom meetings nationally and overseas. Please pray for her as she makes these arrangements. She wants God's direction as she disciples women and couples.
