South Dakota Wing has temporarily exchanged N832CP for a Kansas Wing aircraft, N524CP. Kansas Wing benefits from the exchange because N832CP, a C182T, can tow the KSWG glider. South Dakota Wing benefits because N524CP, also a 182T, has an advanced G1000 NXi system. (Read more)
CAP Holds Annual
Aerospace Education Day in Onida
At least 24 cadets received orientation flights on 15 sorties during the annual South Dakota Wing Aerospace Education Day August 20 in Onida, SD. The event also included experiences with multi-engine model rocketry, small search drones, and a range of other aerospace and STEM activities. (Read more)
