Book now for the Ageing Well Conference

Limited face to face places are now available for the upcoming Preventing Falls and Ageing Well Conference taking place this October.

The event will be live streamed, meaning you can book to watch it online, but there are also a few select tickets available to attend in person. 

The aim of this event is to enable delegates to feel equipped with simple skills that will a big difference in improving happiness, health and outcomes for the people we support as they get older. We are delighted that Sir Muir Gray will be amongst the excellent line up speakers!

Social Prescribing Update

Cornwall's social prescribing team has had a busy year so far. The team is currently working with and/or supporting more than 250 people across the county. 

From gardening clubs to swimming groups, from crafting to bereavement support - there is so much on offer.
