IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific 2022 will be held as a hybrid event this September.
From 20 - 22 September 2022, the tradeshow will take place in Bangkok, Thailand. Exhibitors will have opportunities to have face-to-face appointments with buyers who are onsite as well as online appointments with buyers who virtually attend the show. The online platform of the show will be open for exhibitors to continue networking and exchanging contact with buyers until 28 September 2022. No. of tables: 30 tables (Min. of 6 tables are reserved for DMCs, venues, and event organisers, if any.)
Registration fee: Full table (Max. of 2 persons)
THB 27,500 VAT INCLUDED / organisation
Eligibility:
- SHA is required and TMVS is preferred
- Co-exhibitors must strictly follow health and safety protocols of the show. Please visit IT&CMA’s website (https://itcma.com/travel-information/#event-admission-rules) for more details.
- All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated. As such, it is an offense to swap / transfer badges
- It is recommended to wear mask in the exhibition hall.
- Please defer your attendance if you have experienced the onset of any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days before the show.
Registration period: 10.00 hrs. on Tuesday, 24 August 2022 – 17.00 hrs. on Friday, 26 August 2022

Terms and Conditions
- Seats are reserved exclusively for promoting MICE products and services in Thailand. Promoting other destinations is not allowed.
- Seats are limited as announced and strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If there are more applicants than limited seats, TCEB reserves the right to limit one seat per each hotel brand.
- All travel expenses, flights, accommodations, meals are borne by applicants.
- The registration is non-transferable.
- Any changes to the confirmed participation need to be informed to TCEB before the event date and respectively acknowledged by TCEB.
- Once your participation is confirmed, please attend the tradeshow as scheduled. Your attendance will be required, failing to do so will affect your application to attend other TCEB’s future events.
- Confirmed applicants are to attend the exhibitor briefing on Tuesday 6 September 2022 and other briefings as scheduled.
- TCEB reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event in case of insufficient participation or unpredictable circumstances.
- Applicants are not entitled to any compensation for any incurred expenses due to postponement or cancellation made by TCEB.
- Applicants are to accept the conditions set forth by the tradeshow organizer and/or TCEB.
- TCEB’s decision is final and conclusive in any case.
