Prayer Email

Thank you for praying with us!

It's not all on you!

Often when I look at my planner, I think “Wow, I need to be Superwoman today!” The demands of being a mom, wife, woman, housekeeper, missionary, and people-pleaser can really pile up. I often feel like there is no way that I can pull off the miracle of getting it all done. The blessing is that God doesn't ask us to do miracles. Often God asks us to do things with Him, but never without Him. When God calls Moses (Exodus 3), God calls him to join in the work God is already doing. He doesn't ask Moses to free the Israelites; He asks him to talk to Pharoah. God doesn't ask Moses to split the Red Sea; He only asks him to raise his hands. I would like to share a few lessons that I can apply to my daily life from Exodus 3 in hopes that they help you too!

CHECK OUT HERE TO READ THE REST OF IT!!

I hope that you find encouragement in this, as I did. He is a great God, calling us to be with Him and work in His plan. I don’t need to be Superwoman, I just need to be a woman of God.

PRAISES

OUR GOD IS SO FAITHFUL

Our Visas are in process!

Visas are always one of the last steps before moving overseas for a first term missionary. We know that this is just one of many visa processes to come in the future, and are glad that it has gone relatively smoothly.  We are abundantly grateful that our director, Mr. Paul, has been handling much of the process for us. Please pray that our visas come soon, and that it will be a painless endevor!

A Community at JAARS

It was hard to imagine that leaving family would be as easy as it has been. Don't get me wrong, we cry and grieve each loss of time and proximity, however we have a home here right now. We quickly found friends and community here. This is something we have hardly ever had, to be surrounded by so many missionaries, let alone when all are working towards the same goal- a Bible for everyone!

Grandparents

We have gotten some unexpected extra time with family as we are waiting on all of the things needed to move. The kids are enjoying a lot of extra quality time, and we are enjoying extra time to focus on these relationships before moving to a virtual relationship for the next few years.

PRAYER REQUESTS

OUR FATHER ALWAYS PROVIDES

Please pray for our ministry to be fruitful.

Budget Increase.
Those are words no one wants to hear, though we all know too well!
We know that our budget will continue to climb and are looking for about $600 a month in new partners to help us stay ahead of budget for the next 3 years
Dr. Appointments

Noah had a dermatology appointment yesterday. We are anxiously waiting on an all clear from this appointment to have Noah cleared for travel.
Vicki Lynn has a few dental procedures coming up. Please be praying for her as these are very difficult for her and make her very anxious. We praise God that all of our other medical things are done!
Launch Date

Please be praying with us as we watch flights and launch dates. We are eager to make it to our new home soon! As soon as Noah is cleared by the Dermatologist and we have Visas in hand, we will book the first reasonable flight out. Please be praying with us as we wait patiently, and that the flight patterns and prices will be working in our favor.
Send us your prayer requests.
