 Update from the
UnityCR Board of Trustees
There are several activities happening behind the scenes at UCR that we want to know about.
The board has approved the recommendation by the Safety & Security Task Force to create a committee/ministry team focused on implementing newly identified processes that will keep our facility and congregants safe. If you are interested in serving in this way, there will be a sign up on the Welcome Table, or see Susan Liddell and Cindy Thompson with questions.
The board also approved the recommendation by the Property Improvement Task Force. This includes contracting with Fehr Graham, a civil engineering firm, to ensure that a parking lot design includes ADA accessibility and will also help with the flow of water away from the building and off the parking lot. Additionally, we are securing updated bids to bring the pond into compliance with city ordinance.
More information about these two efforts will be shared at the next CommUnity meeting, the date is to be determined.
