We regret to inform you that due to the COVID regulation in Shanghai, the organizers of the Shanghai International Consumer Electronics Exhibition have cancelled Tech G 2022 in Shanghai. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank our startups, partners, and audience for your understanding. We will still be hosting our online & on-site swisstech pavilion at China Hi-Tech Fair (Nov 16-20, Shenzhen) and supporting these world-class startups to showcase their disruptive technologies to a broad Chinese audience while establishing connections with a network of potential business partners.

 Recap  Art x Science Dialogues: Design And Innovation In The Digital Age

On August 18, the webinar "Design And Innovation In The Digital Age" kicked off our 2022 Art x Science Dialogues Series. The webinar featured two experts: Ms. Alexia Mathieu, Head MA Media Design program at HEAD – Genève University of Art and Design, and Mr. Tongzhou Yu, Deputy Director of the Institute of Media and Interaction Design at the School of Design & Innovation, China Academy of Art who shared their perspectives and practices on integrating new technology tools into the teaching curriculums. ➠ Read the blog

 nextrends  Advancing Climate Goals with Ultra-high Voltage Power Lines

China is investing billions into building a nationwide “super grid” that employs massive, cross-country ultra-high voltage (UHV) power lines. The UHV technology offers the distinct advantage of being able to transfer high amounts of power over long distances at a very low current value, thereby minimising transmission line losses.  Moreover, China plans to combine long-haul UHV DC lines with a UHV AC backbone to help distribute the power to regional consumers. ➠ Read the article
