THE DREAM DINNER
 Every November, we assemble top Jersey Shore Chefs to prepare a "Dream Dinner" as part of Jersey Shore Restaurant Week. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy the talents of multiple chefs all in one night. Last year we re-created some of Julie Child's most famous dishes. This year the theme is iconic dishes from famous NYC restaurants. Here's the current line-up of courses:

Black Bean Soup - The Coach House
Lobster Newburg - Delmonico's
Steak Diane - 21 Club
Coffee Cup Souffle - Four Seasons Restaurant

THE WINE CORNER

FIND YOUR BEST WEEKEND - INN AT ROUND BARN FARM
The Inn at the Round Barn Farm is the quintessential Vermont B&B. A clapboard building, a  roaring fireplace, the smell of fresh baked cookies, wide planked pine floors and gorgeous views combine to make this charming inn as comfortable as your own home. We half expected Bing Crosby to come out singing. Built originally in 1910, the Inn was renovated in 1988 and then added new rooms in 1992 and 1999. The concept of the “round barn” originated with the religious group, the Shakers who built their barns this way because “the devil can’t get you in the corners” In fact, the design was a very efficient one for the farmers.
Set on 245 acres, minutes from the Sugarbush and Mad River Ski slopes and 45 minutes from Stowe, the property has meticulously landscaped lawns, five ponds, lush flower gardens, an organic produce garden, meadows and woods and wonderful mountain views.
