As COVID active case numbers and hospitalization rates decline, the Province of Alberta has recently unveiled their "Open for Summer" plans. With this announcement, the Genesis Centre is delighted to start welcoming back our community in a gradual reopening plan over the summer months.
What's Open at Genesis Centre?

Membership-based facility recreational usage

One Month On Us Promotion
Sign on to a continuous monthly membership in June or July and receive the first month FREE. This promotional opportunity also includes a waived set-up fee.

Continuous monthly pass rates:
Adult (18+): $32.00
Seniors (55+): $22.00 
Youth (14-17): $23.00
Child (8-13): $22.00
 
Note that other membership types will still be available, however the One Month On Us promotion only applies to continuous monthly passes. Terms remain a minimum of 3 months before pass cancellation.

Household Bookings Only
Members are to book by calling the guest services desk, emailing guestservices@genesis-centre.ca or through completing the booking request form on our website.

At this time, walk-in/drop-in is not available. We hope to introduce this by September.

Bookings (i.e., third-party rentals) in select spaces.

Bookings will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to facility availability, as well as current Government of Alberta COVID guidelines.

At this time, our Feature Gymnasium remains unavailable until mid-September as it is being used as an AHS immunization clinic.

A first dose only walk-in COVID-19 immunization clinic will be open over a two-day period at the Genesis Centre (7555 Falconridge Blvd. N.E.) on Tuesday, June 15 and Wednesday, June 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
We can't wait to welcome you back safely into our facility! For this special membership promotion, we will waive the set-up fee AND offer the first month at no cost if you purchase a continuous monthly pass.
