A short newsletter this week as we have Old Isleworth Market coming up next Saturday which means a 2 day bake week....and it's kinda hot out there!

This week I will be baking favourite Babka, Country Sourdough, Rye Sourdough, Potato and onion focaccia and the Special is Beetroot sourdough.
