Feeling the Shade.
Are you more likely to see of feel trees? Or both? If you are in the OneTreeLove community, my guess is you love trees and thus both and more are true for you.
The Northeast Ohio urban forester Alan Siewert said to me in a training once, "people feel trees more than they see trees." He was referring to their shade and cooling effect. But we can also feel their strength, flexibility, and resilience. We can also experience the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes of what they have to offer.
I hope you will join us this summer as we experience what being surrounding by trees can do for us as well as whole ecosystem around them. In the fresh air and clean water, thanks to trees, join us to connect with the woods or water soon.

#1 Kayak yogAdventures with our partners at Burning River Adventures; we do a short yoga warmup before jumping in our kayaks and then longer mat practice at the end of paddling
#2 Standup Paddleboarding (SUP) yogAdventures at Richfield Heritage Preserve; this includes land and on-water instruction for paddle basics and all-levels SUP Yoga (this could be your float part for sure)
#3 Kid-focused kayak and SUP yogAdventures will be offered this year
#4 Private or semi-private classes are customized to meet your specific paddling needs
~ No gear? No problem, rentals will be available for both paddling yogAdventures. ~
