FULTON DESIGN: SCREENED PORCHES

Creating beautiful outdoor living spaces is a priority at Fulton. One of our favorite features is our private screened porches.

Typically accessed through three glass sliders, screened porches provide an extension to the indoor living space.  Vaulted ceilings with fans create a cozy place to relax during the day or evening.  To maximize functionality, homeowners can choose to add a retractable "phantom screen" which may be opened or closed depending on your needs.

OUR BUILDER, ALKA CONSTRUCTION

Alka Construction began building their first homes in the Lowcountry in the late 1990s. For over two decades, Alka has earned an excellent reputation for building high-quality, uniquely-designed custom homes.
