Participants are asked to complete the pre-participation survey in order to opt-in to the Ecology Ottawa’s Tree Program and be eligible to receive tree seedlings. Learn more>

As a community, we need to do our own individual parts to Help Keep City View Safe. Throughout the summer, we’ll be sharing a series of awareness communications as well as handing out posters and signs while stressing the importance of reporting. City's Tree Protection By-law 

The City’s new Tree Protection By-law came into effect on January 1, 2021. Residents and developers must obtain a permit to remove trees on their property. Report cases of tree removal and potential violations by calling 311 immediately. Learn more>
