CRTC Decision 2021-123 requires all Canadian Telephone Service Providers to submit a SHAKEN Implementation Readiness Assessment Report by 31 August 2021 and implement SHAKEN for IP-based voice calls by 30 November 2021.

This practical tutorial will help Canadian TSPs prepare their SHAKEN readiness report and implementation. In addition, this webinar will present the latest information on new SHAKEN developments, emerging robocall risks and cross-border SHAKEN issues.
