FADRI RUSSI RECOMMENDS
CAPUNS FROM GRISONS
Bun di! My name is Fadri Russi and I am the current intern at the Swiss Business Hub. During my stay here in New York, I have come to love the variety and quality of food everywhere. As a Grisons native, however, I have realized that some dishes have not made their way across the Atlantic just yet. Therefore, my staff pick are Capuns. Although not effortless to prepare, this traditional dish is sure to bring a breeze of Swiss mountain atmosphere to your kitchen.
