> Grant Management Updates

  • ACT by June 30, 2021: Update AMS
    • As we prepare for the start of the new fiscal year and the close of the current fiscal year, we need Primary Program Contacts to ensure their organization contacts are accurate including case managers which are found on the clinic tab in the Agency Management System.
    • Organizations are required to notify CDPHE within 15 days of a change in key staff responsible for the performance of work outlined in the statement of work (SOW). This notification is done through the Agency Management System (AMS).
    • Access to AMS and additional guidance can be found on the CPED Grant Management webpage
  • Thank you for a Successful Conference
    • Thank you to everyone who attended the CPED Virtual Conference this week! We had a great time! Thank you to everyone who assisted behind the scenes, especially the conference planning team: Shannon Fatjo, Memorial Regional Health; Robyn Funk, Montrose Memorial Hospital; and, Denise Suarez, Tepeyac Community Health Center.

    • Application deadline: The announcement will close on June 15, 2021, regardless of the number of applications received.
  • Telehealth survey
    • The Office of eHealth Innovation and Prime Health have launched the Regional Telehealth Learning Collaboratives (RTLCs) to collect insights that will inform a set of strategies and recommendations for statewide telehealth infrastructure.

    • The survey is all multiple choice and should take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete. 
    • Providers (of all types, and includes administrators of healthcare organizations) are asked to share information about telehealth in their practice as well as their own experiences with telehealth. 
    • Three providers who complete the survey will be randomly chosen to win a $100 gift card.
    • Responses are due by June 11th.
  • Colorado Cancer Coalition 2 Part Presentation on Client Reminders and Small Media 
    • CPED is funding a two-part presentation that is being hosted by the Colorado Cancer Coalition (CCC).
    • Allie Bain, will be discussing the use of client reminders and small media to increase cancer screening rates.
    • During this two-part webinar series, we will explore what client reminders are, how they can be utilized, and what resources are available to support development of messages and clinic processes.
    • In addition, small media interventions including what defines small media, dissemination processes, and ways to determine effectiveness will be discussed. 
    • Part 1 of Client Reminders and Small Media to Increase Cancer Screening was held on June 1st! You can find the Recording and Slides linked!
    • Part 2 is June 28th from 12-1:00 PM 
      • The available resources and messaging that can be utilized to support implementation of client reminders and small media interventions will be shared and discussed. This will include targeted messaging based on specific population needs and motivations.
