Primary elections are on June 22nd for our city council representative, our Bronx Borough President, and our Mayor, Comptroller, and Public Advocate, among others. Those who win the primary nearly always win the general election. Yet only 7% of Mott Haven residents turned out to vote in the last local primary election. Our vote is a part of our voice, and if more of us vote, we CAN make a difference!
