The church building will be opened for private prayer, seven days a week, from 9.00am until 4.00pm.
Roger and Lu Seymour would like to express their deep appreciation to the church Family of All Saints and so many others for the prayers offered throughout Lu’s long and precarious journey. And they would like to recognise the Lord’s gift of medical skills of the ICU Teams who treated her.
Lu was rushed to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in December for a 12-hour operation. After a long enforced coma she was unable to pray but slowly began to recognise that she was being held in the Lord’s strong grip, while still aware of some scary further complications that nearly cost her her life.
Now nearly six months later she has been transferred to the Princess Royal and has many further weeks of rehab ahead.
Both Lu and Roger testify, with humility, that the Lord has provided a miracle. They have been sustained by His great faithfulness, His wonderful love and the gentle whispering of “I am with you.”
Noah's Ark Relaunch!
We are really excited to be relaunching Noah's Ark on Wednesday 23 June at 10.00am.
If you are 0-4 years old, bring a grown up to the main church building for play, singing and story time. As we find our feet in a new location, we would love our church families to come, test the new layout and give us some feedback. To attend you need to book online at: https://allsaintslindfield.churchsuite.com/events/azc2rsyd
We look forward to seeing you there. Janine and the ASK team
For those who sing
I am exploring how this Autumn we might launch a set of new, rejuvenated singing and choir ministries to serve the worship at All Saints. I would love your help to explore what might be possible, and so we're holding a short conference on Saturday 26 June from 8.45am –11.00am, in the church, for anyone who may be interested in singing for contemporary or classical worship as part of a choir or singing group. You can visit allsaintslindfield.org/music for more information. At sign up there is an option to 'Register Interest' if you would like to join the discussion but are unable to make the day. This invite is particularly for those who have a passion for singing but, for whatever reason, don't feel the right opportunity has been available so far. Come join us! Chris Steynor, Associate Minister for Music
Women Together garden party
Our garden party is on Saturday 3 July from 3.00-5.00pm in the vicarage garden. It will be an afternoon relaxing in the vicarage garden over Pimm's and afternoon tea, with plenty of time to chat. This is our first event back together, so whether you are new to All Saints or just looking forward to seeing faces you've missed, you are very welcome. Bring a chair if you are able and we'll provide the rest. Please sign up using this link https://allsaintslindfield.churchsuite.com/events/ugzwwbsh
or by contacting the church office on 01444 482405.
Welcome Tea
We are holding our first in-person welcome tea for over a year on Sunday 4 July in the afternoon in the Tiger lounge. These welcome teas give people who are new to All Saints a chance to hear more about us and to meet a few members as well as the clergy. If you have started visiting All Saints in the last few months at in-person church services, or watched our services online – we would love the opportunity to get to know you a little better and to share something of what All Saints is all about. If you would like to be invited, please get in touch with the church office (01444 482405) or email: sarah@lindfield.info Sarah Hagger
Guest speaker: Bishop of Horsham
We are looking forward to welcoming Ruth Bushyager as our guest speaker on Sunday 11 July at our evening service. Ruth has been the Bishop of Horsham for the last year, and was previously vicar of St Paul's Dorking, where she helped establish the 'Creation Care' scheme. She will be speaking on this theme and helping us see why and how Christians can get involved in caring for God's world. The service begins at in church at 6.00pm and will be also livestreamed. Stuart Silk, Associate Vicar

Zechariah - Restoring God's People
We have begun a new teaching series at our morning services from the book of Zechariah. This book is a series of visions set around the time that God's Old Testament people return from exile to begin rebuilding Jerusalem. As we emerge from lockdown, there's a sense in which we are being rebuilt and restored and we long for God's help for that to be shaped by him.
Please watch the overview video, linked below to help you get up to speed with what is quite a complex book with some interesting visions! https://bibleproject.com/explore/video/zechariah/

Tearfund Prayer Group
For some time a small prayer group has supported Tearfund and Sarah Newnham in her role within the organisation. Now that Sarah has left Tearfund we feel it is an appropriate time to ask if others wish to join a group that continues to pray for the work of Tearfund. We will meet every couple of months or so but may also circulate specific prayer requests via email or WhatsApp in between. If you wish to commit to this group we would ask that you keep up to date with what is happening in Tearfund via Tear Times and the Prayer Diary. If you would like to join the group please email me at richardpainter@hotmail.co.uk or phone on 01444 455687 if you are not on email. Richard Painter, Tearfund Prayer Group Coordinator

Our prayer points in advance of our return to Bolivia on 3 September are:
For Jonny’s language skills to continue to develop.
For Jonny, Olga and Jonah to adjust to the strangeness of being back in Bolivia.
For a Homeschool teacher to be found for Jonah and for him to adjust to not having Joanna at home.
For Olga’s work with Sunday School teachers and charity boards.
To be able to rekindle friendships and talk about Jesus.
To re-establish links with churches and arrange more workshops.
To be able to visit the mountain community more.
God empowering in our witness
Prayers for all three of our children to adjust to leaving their existing schools this summer:
