Do you want to meet other London schools that are getting children outdoors? Join us on 1 July for our first ever London National Park City Schools online TeachMeet: Get Outdoors for Climate Action!

To create climate activists of the future, children need time outdoors to play and explore, and inspirational adults who listen to them*. Schools have a critical part to play in helping children build that all important relationship with the outdoors.

This TeachMeet is a chance to come together to share knowledge, address challenges and start thinking about how to inspire all teachers to get outdoors. It is for teachers, school leaders and organisations that support schools to get outdoors in London.

At the event, you will hear from six school leaders who have seen the impact of:
  • Investing in playtime
  • Taking learning outdoors at a special school
  • Taking children camping
  • Forest school sessions for all children
  • Gardening and keeping chickens at school
  • Being a London National Park City Ranger based in a school!
You will also take part in breakout sessions and collectively create a range of mini missions to inspire ALL London schools to get outdoors.

Book your free place now!
Please forward to your networks and anyone you think would be interested in joining us. We look forward to meeting you!
