Tracking Community Benefit Spending

Nonprofit hospitals make up the majority of hospitals in the US. In exchange for their tax-exempt status, the federal government requires these hospitals to provide support in the form of community benefits. Social Determinants of Health Database
We need to identify health equity gaps so we can understand and eliminate them – to help accomplish this goal, AHRQ has launched a Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Database. The database provides easily linkable SDOH-focused data to better inform approaches to address emerging health issues and improve health outcomes.
