President Silvio writes. . .
Dear Fellow Rotarians and Friends,
Well, what can I say, this is the last report for my year as President, in what has been a very challenging, but also very interesting year for the Club. I am sure you will give incoming President Lalitha Warren all the support she so richly deserves to carry on the good name and traditions of Lane Cove Rotary.
At our last meeting this week we presented to our chosen charities and community organization donations from funds raised during the year; raised mainly from our Mega Raffle and also from a generous financial grant from the Lane Cove Council for which we are extremely grateful.

'Donation Certificates' issued on the evening to deserving charity and community organizations including: Sydney Community Services Bus Maintenance and D-Caf Dementia Café, Lane Cove Youth Orchestra, Delvena Women's Refuge, Street-Side Medics mobile surgery for the homeless, Trish MS Research, Flood Relief support for Nusa Tenggara Timur, Heartland Academy School Nepal with Covid-19 kits for the underprivileged and also Blaze Aid; supporting farmers who have lost structures through bushfires and floods.

Rotary Foundation Chair PP Roger Wescombe officially recognizes club members as outstanding Centurions having donated one hundred dollars each or more to The Foundation during the year.
The mission of The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International is to enable Rotarians to advance world Understanding, Goodwill, and Peace through the improvement of Health, the support of Education and the Alleviation of Poverty.
