Dear Social Member,

First, allow us to thank you for supporting the PNH.

As you may or may not be aware, the PNH is scheduled to reopen on June 19th. 

As we restructure our business plan to operate in a smaller footprint in our beloved home, we are reminding our renewing social members that you can upgrade to a Corporate Membership. 

As a Corporate Member, you can attend meetings, vote on issues of importance and even run for election to the Board of Directors!

The Membership Application for Corporate Member status can be viewed below. A Corporate Member is defined as follows:

"CORPORATE MEMBER: Corporate Membership shall be open to those individuals who are of Polish descent by birth or adoption or married to an individual of Polish descent. Only the Corporate Members shall be entitled to vote for the directors of the Corporation and to vote on any amendments to the Certificate and the Bylaws of the Corporation. Corporate Members may use, and may introduce guests who may accompany them while using, the Corporationʼs dining room and bar facilities during their normal operating hours and otherwise subject to house rules in effect from time to time. Corporate Members may reserve the use of the ballroom/auditorium, dining room and bar facilities for private parties at such charges and when such facilities are available for such purposes, as shall be provided in house rules in effect from time to time. Corporate Members may attend any regular or special social event of the Corporation on the terms announced by the committee organizing the event, including ticket price and whether guests are welcome."
