In this session you’ll:
- Discuss some of the reasons that understanding more about LGBTQ+ history and culture is so important for activists and advocates;
- Learn more about the people, places, signs, and symbols that are commonly associated with LGBTQ+ culture here in the US and worldwide;
- Have some fun as we discuss the long-term and ongoing influence the LGBTQ+ community has had, and continues to have, on popular culture
