  • Reminder for budget year-end data entry close-out:
    • Please enter data on all services provided between July 2020 and June 2021 as soon as information is available. Final grant activity statements for your agency’s FY2021 budget will be generated on June 30, 2021, based on data entered and screenings completed by June 29, 2021.
      • Data entry and reimbursement trends are used to assess your future WWC budget. Delays receiving information on services provided may result in a lower budget than your agency needs.
    • Use the following tools to ensure services in eCaST are complete and up to date:
      • WWC Performance Measures & Cases Report Dashboard - Tutorial Video
        • Review cancer screenings not meeting clinical measures using the cases tab within the dashboard. Remember that funding for the WWC program from the CDC depends on statewide performance on these measures. (**Due to COVID-19, there is additional flexibility regarding performance indicators, but please ensure eCaST reflects all up-to-date information available)
      • eCaST Data Entry Dashboard (Tiles) - Tutorial Video
        • Review all screenings on the Data Entry, Admin Notices, Health Navigation, Case Management, and Procedure Errors tabs to address all caution flags.
    • Use the eCaST Contact Support feature if you have questions or contact Becky Hall – Becky.Hall@state.co.us
