We wanted to let you know that we are reopening another day a week so in addition to
- Osteopathy with Jo
- Acupuncture with Fatima or Esperanza
- Foothealth with Jennifer or Paula
We are now offering
- Reflexology with Paula (monthly clinic)
- Aromatherapy/ Swedish/ Lymphatic drainage massage with Maria
On Fridays starting from the 25th June
We have Rosemary returning to do aromatherapy massages soon as well .
This is in response to requests via the survey - if you haven't filled it in please do so we know what to concentrate on bringing back next. here

The Posh Club are back
The Posh Club is a 3 hour seated event with cabaret entertainment, tunes, dancing, afternoon tea, wine, attentive Posh service, raffle and all the trimmings.

Fit 4 Health - Exercise after Stroke Scheme
Fit 4 Health – Specialist Exercise after Stroke scheme is an established free community based service designed to meet the long-term effects of stroke and the varied and wide-ranging exercise needs of stroke and TIA sufferers.
Sessions are to take place at Britannia and Kings Hall Leisure Centre's.
