Development Alert - Park Village @ Elmwood Park
Join us virtually on Tuesday, June 8th at 7:00pm for an info session with Lafaye Custom Homes to learn more about their proposed development on Bryan St between Park St and Clark St.
FROM THE DEVELOPER:
“Lafaye Custom Homes, recently were fortunate enough to be selected to be given the opportunity to work with Historic Elmwood Park, the City of Columbia and residents of Elmwood to create something we think will be truly unique in Elmwood with the creation of 7 custom constructed homes, in keeping with the Planned Unit Development approved by the City of Columbia.
In keeping with the front porch charm, style and character of Elmwood, we are working closely with Megan McNish from the City of Columbia, our architect and design team to fit right in with the beauty and relaxed style of Elmwood.
We would welcome the opportunity to meet with Historic Elmwood Park, residents and neighbors to lay out our vision and collaborate with all interested parties to produce what we believe will be an exciting project.”
We are asking all residents to submit their questions regarding the development prior to the session.
